Luis Pina, born in Mexico City, Mexico, has been a Dallas resident since 1989. With over 25 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker, Luis has cultivated deep expertise in commercial real estate, specializing in the redevelopment of distressed shopping centers and historic downtown buildings dating back to the early 1900s.
In addition to his brokerage services, Luis provides consulting guidance, helping clients navigate the complexities of real estate investment and redevelopment. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in transactions with a cumulative value exceeding $500 million. Luis began his career at Henry S. Miller, where he built the foundation for his success in commercial real estate.
Luis has represented high-net-worth individuals and businesses in complex investment transactions both in Texas and nationwide, including Seattle, Washington; Virginia; California; Oklahoma; Missouri, and his native Mexico City.
What sets Luis apart is his boutique, hands-on approach to real estate. A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Michael applies the leadership, resilience, and integrity gained from his military service to his real estate career. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is a licensed Realtor® in Texas, offering clients a well-rounded perspective backed by academic training and real-world experience.

Beginning her journey at Crescent Group in 1999, she made notable contributions to the public relations sector until 2004. Transitioning into the world of real estate, Cynthia aligned herself with the renowned Coldwell Bankers, serving as a dedicated real estate agent from 2004 to 2006. Her keen understanding of market dynamics left a significant mark.
Since joining Accent Commercial Real Estate in 2006, Cynthia’s contributions have been manifold. Not only has she been an invaluable asset in the realm of public relations, but she has also played an active role in the acquisitions of properties. Orlando Martinez is a commercial real estate agent based in Dallas-Fort Worth, with deep knowledge of the area and a hands-on background in business and operations. Born and raised in Dallas, and having lived and worked in both the DFW metroplex and East Texas, he understands the local market from the ground up and brings that insight to every client interaction.
Before entering real estate, Orlando worked across several industries — including managing a supermarket, owning a trucking company, and working in LED video production. These roles gave him real-world experience with logistics, operations, and the day-to-day needs of businesses — insight that translates directly into understanding what makes a commercial property work.
Now in commercial real estate, Orlando focuses on helping business owners, investors, and operators make smart, well-informed property decisions. From leasing to acquisitions, he focuses on practical solutions that align with each client’s goals.
